Let op: de adapter wijzigt niet het voltage. Je moet dus wel altijd kijken of het apparaat dat je aansluit en het voltage op het electriciteitsnet wel met elkaar overweg kunnen. De meeste apparatuur zoals adapters voor laptops, acculaders en apparaten zoals scheerapparaten kunnen overweg met zowel 220/230 volt als 110 volt, maar kijk dit dus altijd na voor de zekerheid!

Is the World Travel Adapter a Voltage converter? Do I need a voltage converter?
The World Travel Adapter 2 does NOT convert voltage, it is a physical plug adapter only with no additional electrical or electronic components. As a matter of fact, 90% of all devices for travellers do not need any voltage converter and are designed to operate in the wide range of 100 – 240 VAC (alternative current). The best way to find out if you need a converter is to have a look at your power supply or device to be used. Usually it would indicate something like "Input: AC 100 - 240V" which means that you are safe to use the device anywhere in the world without converter.
